Africa. Yes thats right.

Africa. Yes thats right (You know I did this w/o thinking about it if you don't know what I talking about refer to my early blog about how I start my blogs) I am am going to Africa. Why you might ask? What might bring a sophomore to Africa. The UN!

The short of it is I got the Job I wanted and now I am working with 5 other students and 2 other teams to make a game to promote nonviolence against women in Africa. I like this project for a lot of reasons. I guess the biggest one is it is a chance to get better at what I love to do and to really try to make a difference in the world. Its not every day you have this sort of opportunity and this one was certainty plopped down right in front of me. I wont take it for granted.

So I am going to be traveling to cape town South Africa, to get a feel for the attitudes there, the technology that the populace has access to, and a feel for the culture their. We hope that we will be able to successfully be able to get this project of of the ground.

At any rate I am currently dropping bombs making good strides in the code for my other project. So I need to get back to this, but look forward to some good pieces once I start my research! ^_^.

Until next time,
Bryan Hare
