There are still nice people out there ^_^

So I will start this blog off by telling you a story about a nice woman, who's initials are EJ who saved my butt. I will preface the story by telling you that I am historically bad with money.

The story starts on July third, its about 10 o'clock and I am getting ready to head home to see Sarah and visit my parents ect. To start off the night I decided to drive through Burlington on the third. It wasn't a good idea as there were so many people wandering around that foot traffic was faster than the bumper to bumper stuff that I was driving through. It was about 11 before I got from Spinner to Exit thirteen, which I only went to so I could try to find a gas station which were all closed on the way. So I start driving back to Windsor anyways, kinda low on gas but enough to get my 80 or so miles, so I figure I will stop about halfway and get gas no bigge right. Wrong.

So after about an hour of uneventful driving I pull into a gas station in Barree Vermont. I go to the pump and swipe my debit card and it gets denied. I go into the gas station to check my card and I was apparently 60 dollars in the hole. So much for good luck. So to explain my situation, I was 50 miles from Burlington, 60 miles from Windsor, and I had almost no gas. This was not good. First I went and scrounged for all the change in my car. I will advise its a good idea to keep emergency money in your car for times like this. So I go into the store with a dollar and a half in change. And explain my situation to the attendant at the store. She gave me 20 dollars after I explained my situation. Its really good to know that there are still good people out there. I stopped there on my way back and repaid her ^_^ and she was surprised that I was there.

So beyond that life is pretty tame for me. I am taking a week off of work to work on my personal project Always Forever, The Ballad of Dan Heart. It looking to be pretty awesome. In the last three days I think I have been coding about 34 hours out of the 72 I have been awake and I have full days ahead of me. Its odd because I am ok about it. And I am really excited about the direction that the game is headed. We will have an alpha for download at the end of the month for anyone looking to play the game ^_^.

Well nothing much more to report on other than I just finished my marketing class, which went very well, and I am now starting my entrepreneurship class which already looks like its going to be fun ^_^.

Thanks for reading
Bryan
