Summer closing. Gunna Be a fun year

So this summer is almost over. I have month left and I am already incredibly excited for the new school year. Champlain College is a cool place and whatnot ;)

So I made a decision about something I am going to spend a lot of time on this year. It started to come to me when my friend Steve and I chanced a meeting while I was walking to Dobra Tea.

You see Steve is involved in Dream and he tells me all of these stories about the kids he mentors and the camp hes at and how it helped him become a better person.

Dream is a Vermont Youth Mentoring Program. This is awesome

DREAM is cool like a lot of other Vermont programs (like Court Diversion and GIV). But seriously Dream give kids a chance to connect with stable individuals and really have someone there for them. This = Great.

Because I made the decision to try to become a Dream Mentor with the Champlain College Chapter. This is a pretty big decision because it means I might lose time for cother things, I hope not but we will see.

Secondly I have talked with my program director and I am going to help Tutor in C++ 2. Should be sweet.

A lot of this came on after I finished GIV again this year. GIV rocks. Again Vermont is awesome.(GIV is the Governors institute of Vermont)

Anywhoooo I turn 21 in about 9 days. Which means I am given the right to drink responsibly. Big responsibility, but I am ready for it ^_^.

Regardless its 1 am and I am going to get some rest.
