Last night we won the championship for our co-ed soccer league! We all got our championship t-shirts and took pictures. Being champions of intramurals never gets old. Since it was Sunday, no one on the team was really down to celebrate but I'm sure on Friday it's going down! Team party! Class registration has started and I sign up on the 5th. Registration is always tricky because you have to make sure the classes you sign-up for have not yet been filled up. If there are only a couple openings for a class you need to take than you have got to sign in at 12 midnight on your first date of registration. Sometimes its pretty nerve racking. Being a senior I get to sign-up before most other people so I'm hoping I get all my classes. Last class registration ever at Gonzaga ever! No, I'm not happy about it.
As all of you know, this past weekend was Halloween weekend. Halloween weekend at Gonzaga is always a blast. For Halloween this year I was a cheeto under a couch. So your wondering how I managed that? I dressed up in all orange with a couch pillow duck taped to my head. It eventually started to make my neck hurt so I took it off at the end of the night. The night ended with all of us going to Jack and Dan's. It's a sweet sports bar no less than a block away from campus. Everyone was dressed up and having a great time! Since mid-term week ended I have hardly had any work and this week looks like it is going to be an easy week homework wise. However, work in undergraduate admissions office is as busy as ever! I've been stamping all of your applications and materials as they come in the mail. Looks like there is going to be a big freshmen class next year.
Well I just got a call from my mom. I've been too busy to call her back for the last week, whoops! Don't forget to call your parents. This may seem obvious to freshmen but believe me, by senior year, you are going to forget sometimes!
