O Christmas Tree...O Christmas Tree!!!!!

Our giant tree is now here!!!!!!!!!!! YAHOO!!!!! You know the holidays are close when the tree arrives!!!!!

As usual, my life is crazy...but I beginning to realize that it will always be that way...so I guess things are just normal....We have practice all week for Miss Immaculata, which is our fun beauty pagent type of event. Then on Saturday we have Cottilion which is our winter semi-formal dance. Im not sure if I am going to make it though because I forgot to get my car inspected, so I have to go home and do that...and also we have to go try on wedding dresses because my Mommy is finally getting remarried!!!! But I will be back here on Sunday for the Christmas Banquet! I can not wait! I have not been to the banquet before, and I am doing the welcome, so I am very excited! I think almost everyone will be there, so it will be great!

Hey everyone!

It's almost TURKEY DAY! I am so excited about going home!!!! Its been such a crazy week I need to rest!!!! I had 2 tests, 2 papers due, and I had to teach a lesson yesterday! AHHHH!!!! But now I am done!!!

Last night was awesome!!! We had our FIRST EVER Mens Basketball game here at Immaculata. It was soooooooooo kool . We lost by ONE POINT with 2 seconds left on the clock!!!! It was sooooooo close. The stands were packed, there were people sitting on the floor. People were screaming...it was crazy! I will get pictures up here next week! Then after that was the girls game...and they won!!! It was also a very close game!!! It was so much fun...No one has a voice left today lol. The cheerleaders looked great! We just got brand new uniforms, and its really coming together! Great Job Girls!

Well I think that is all for now!!! Make sure you don't eat to much turkey!!

Its raining outside, I hate the rain! I am a spring time sunshine kinda girl!
Well anyway...tomorrow is my last day of observations. I am at Kennet Middle School, and I love it, it is just getting up at 6am on a Wednesday that kinda kills it. I have 2 papers due Thursday, but my Philosophy class was canceled, and I don't have Textiles this week, so that shouldn't be to bad. Then, we are having this "Dollar Does Dinner" where you can get a nice chili and chicken soup dinner for only $1" The FCS club is sponsoring that, so the food should be gone. Then, I have cheerleading practice after that. Friday we have a comedian coming, Im not sure who it is, but i was told he's good...we shall see. I have to go home this weekend because we have the Regional Cheerleading Competition. ALL FIVE teams from my town are going, so hopefully we will do well. 1st and 2nd place go to Nationals in DISNEY!!! That would be sooo awesome!!!! Alrite, back to work...as usual, I have a busy week ahead!

This weekend we have an Open House...if you can make it, I def. recommend a visit to our campus!!!!
It is so pretty, esp. in the fall!!!!

Tonight we have a dance, it should be fun! Tomorrow I am running home becuase I have a banquet with my fire company...Cant wait!!!

This weekend was so packed....it was CRAZY!!!!...Things started Friday when we decorated for the Haunted Grotto and had the Halloween Ball. The dance was so much fun. There was a DJ, snacks, and a lot of people. I think everyone had a great time. I didn't get to bed till like 3AM, but thats ok! It happens! But, then I had to get up at 7AM for the Open House we had that morning. (Yes, that is only 4 hours of sleep) I love that we get the chance to talk to students about why we love IU....if you haven't visited yet.....what are you waiting for!!!! Then, after the Open House, I had about 15 minutes to change and get back to set up for the Grotto. Students, Faculty, and people from the community have the chance to come and be frightened by our IU students. After that I went out with a couple friends to a Halloween Party...I didn't get back till 4. And again, had to wake up early becuase we had the state cheerleading competition....I woke up at 7. (Again, that is only 3 hours of sleep) All 5 teams are moving on to regionals...so that is AWESOME!!!! But, by the time I got back, I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOo tired!!! I went to bed early, and sleep till Monday...It was a long and exhausting weekend...but I think it was my favorite weekend ever here at IU.
