Everyone's getting ready for next semester. I just registered for all my classes~I'm not taking French for the first time since I graduated from 8th grade!! It's kind of sad, but it was really difficult to take two languages-it's hard enough to put even half of what one should be putting in to learning one language while attending school-and they were completely different from each other. Irish is definitely NOT a Romance language. And I'm taking a Shakespeare course-YAYAYAYAYYYYY!!!! times a million! Haha-I'm such an English major.
I might be moving this next semester. It's really nice because they have an Open Room Change period all set up-as a matter of fact, I think they have four of them throughout the year. No questions asked, you just work out where you're moving, and if it gets approved, you move. Sweet.

Hey, guess what???

TODAY IS HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE
!

I like to get really excited about things-that's the joy of being alive!! Plus, all my Lord of the Rings are out, so I can't be a freak about them in public anymore, but the Harry Potter books are pretty danged awesome, even if they're not Tolkien, and it's a pretty good surrogate obsession. We didn't go at midnight, although we could have-instead we had a marathon of the first three movies in Mary and Becca's room, with those two and Kasey and I. And then I had an 8:45 this morning-probably should have gone to bed slightly earlier than one in the morning, but you have to get into the spirit of things!!

And also, guess what else??

CHRISTMAS IS COMING!!!!!!

I really love Christmas. We've been singing carols since Halloween :D And Mary has her Christmas tree all set up in their room-I have to get lights and decorations when I go home for Thanksgiving.

And then we're trying to decide whether we should go to the Cotillion or not, although all of us love to get dressed up ;) We're not sure whether we feel like bringing dates either-it might be a girls' night, which would be awesome by me. The other way would be fine, too, but before I do anything I have to go home and cash my work study check and buy Christmas presents--;D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
