Day One

It is about time to get in gear for the final quizzes and exams before the finals week. This is the best time to finish out strong. See this is the hardest part of college the last few weeks. In my degree program my classes are getting harder now that classes are becoming more intense. For example my Networking 2 class is really getting harder from all the exams to the labs. On top of that the weather is kicking in gear as indicator that summer break is around the corner.

Now when the weather is getting better a lot of college students become lazy. They want to just get pass, but that is not the best idea at this point. Because in college we only get one shot to make it. One mess up can change a lot of outcomes for us. So this is why we have to buckle down and get the grades so we can get closer to get that big college degree at the end.

The countdown to finals is in progress. I am in a zone to get all my work completed. Although this journey is not easy it has a golden prize at the end of the tunnel. As I get up every morning I have to think about will laziness overcome all my hard work. Now that summer break is around the corner I have to stop myself from getting summeritis. Summeritis is what us college students get when it is time for summer and our school work is getting harder and more intense. We get lazy and slack off a little bit. Most people say it feels like senioritis in high school to get a type of idea. The only thing that is different is that there is no one to wake us up, but our selves. There is no one to force us to do homework, projects and pass exams. The only one that can tell us to get up and do homework, projects, and pass exams is ourselves.

The thing I like a lot about college is that we work together like a team. For example, if I was to over sleep and my roommate was up, he would wake me up even if I would not get up. I would do the same. That works out for just about everything. If we see someone slacking we will try our best to make sure they get back on task because no one wants to see any one loose there college career. That is also why I like Indiana Tech because the students here will help you out and go out there way to make sure that we all complete our main task, which is to graduate and get that degree.
