Sad news guys I did not win homecoming queen but I did get runner up. Everyone says it is good for running by myself but it's cool. I'm still going to keep doing what I'm doing and the crown was small I wanted one the size of Ms. America now that would have been something! I did recieve a pink rose with my quote, "Think Pink, Live Green." That meant more to me than my whole campaign itself. It snowed in the Haven. It did not stick but I saw flurries it was just 70 degrees a week ago. We skipped Fall and jumped to Winter! Tommorow is the Spanish festival and I am going to make paella for it. A dish that my mom makes. I am acting out a scene so we shall see how this goes wish me luck! Also tommorow HAUNTED STUDIO STARTS!!! It is a haunted house that the University Player's put on every Halloween. We build a set cast peopl and have a production team. This is serious we treat it like a mini play. I was in charge of publicity and oversee the whole project. I am so excited it is like my baby. This week was spent really talking up the event and making sure that people are aware of what is going on. You can come it's at Lock Haven University in The John SLoan Fine Arts Building. Use the side entrance across from Bentley Hall. It's from 7-11 pm October 30 &31, admission is $2. It will be a good time.

This week was extra crazy. It was the last week for voting for homecoming. I lost my running mate he did not make it through to the second round. Tear-tear. I hope I win but it's hard campaigning all by yourself. We have a print shop that makes buttons and flyers so that's an advantage. They work really quick and make things in a day! The football team is going crazy because this is their big game. We have events all this week sponsored be HAC (a group in charge of putting on events on campus). Tuesday we had a singer Wednesday was the hyptnotist everyone loves him Thursday was the magician! He made this one boy believe in vodo. He picked a volunteer and had him blindfolded. He would touch the doll and the boy would feel touched in the same place that the doll did. He burned the dolls hand, and the boy felt heat, and when he opened up his hands he had an ash mark on the inside! It was crazy!! Friday was the breakdancing. These guys were amazing and the came from Bronx New York, from my kneck of the woods. We had a great homecoming week and I hope the weekend is as good as the week!

This is the first week that my play is going to be shown!! I am so excited we are doing The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged. It's a comedy it is really funny the way that it is set up. I give a monologue (20 lines) and my first character is really serious. Then thr next character less serious and the next not serious at all then it's down right funny. Then the 6 monologuists exit stage and the three main characters are back on stage. The funniest part is when I come on stage as the professor. I have two different color stockings a huge robe and a really funny french accent! I am giving a lecture in front of the poteum when a character throws TNT to the lower part of the stage and we all blow up! The stage comes back up with the poteum and then the poteum gets up and walks off stage. We have a real explosion. In the second act we all come back as ghosts and then they try to blow us up again and we run off the stage! We are supposed to perform at the president's dinner tonight. I am so excited and nervous at the same time so I will let you know how that goes next week. So stay tuned........

OMG! Things have been so crazy this week. Homecoming is in two weeks and I am running with Raymond Roy he's a football player. I have been putting stickers on mini airheads and handing them out. People love candy so that is definately a must. I need to start making shirts it is apparent I gotta bust em out! My partner is a little lazy where is he? I do not know. I need to get pins too. Why do people go so crazy over pins? Do you know because it is beyound me! I hope I make it to round 2. How is homecoming in your schools. The game is October 25,2008 at Hubert Jack Staduim.

Last week I was scrambling to get ready for the Latino Conference. I was able to present because I attended so many conferences that this was the next step.It is Latino Month! Yey!!! Last weekend I went to a Latino Conference that was paid for by the school.It was so nice. It was a day long program which had different programs that allowed you to pick and choose which programs you wanted. I presented the divide between black Latinos and white Latinos. I presented information and then we discussed it.At the end of the night we had a ball. Not a ball as in fun LOL, but a ball with food and music. I took a couple pics so stay tuned!
