Blogs Dana I choose MCCC because it is affordability and is located close to my home. I love it at MCCC. I've made many friends and have had many valuable opportunities, such as being involved in Student Government as the Vice President and Treasurer as well as the founder of Love Bags. Love Bags is a charity that provides needed and comfort items to children in foster care. I am also the President of Doug's Corner, a community service club at MCCC. As a Peer Mentor I get to help students with all the things I wish I would have had help with when I first started. Things like logging into WebAdvisor, and Blackboard, and figuring out where classes are. Finally as a Peer Mentor I get to tell students all about the great clubs and activities here at MCCC.
