The End is Near..for the school year.
What a great end for the school year. We had the annual Student Appreciation Dinner. There was some good grub, good people, and fun awards. I personally took some pretty awards home with me, including Student Ambassador of the Year and Mercy Leader of the Year. The ASL Club was declared the Above and Beyond Award. So it was a fun evening.
This weekend MAC had its first service project, a road clean-up. We picked up the Highway beside the college. Some "treasures" that we found were an oil filter, two gas caps, an old lunch tray, a pair of men's AND women's underwear, beer bottles and best of all...a $10 bill!! I found the bill and donated it to the club treasury. Who says that volunteering doesn't pay?
I am finished with my finals and I am waiting for the time to pass by. I am starting to clear out my room and finish some of those sewing projects that I never got around to because of school.
In these last few days, I will attempt to actually produce that video profile that I had mentioned so long ago. Maybe next fall everyone will be able to see it.
