Jason Horton

My name is Jason Horton and I'm from Shrewsbury Massachusetts. I'm a member of Northeastern's Class of 2009, which makes me a senior or fifth-year student. I'm a Business Administration major with a concentration in accounting as well as a criminal justice minor. After I graduate, I would love to join the FBI as a forensic or investigate accountant. I have been on three co-ops with Deloitte and Touche where I've gained great hands-on experience that I was able to bring back to the classroom.

At Northeastern, I am involved in the Resident Student Association (RSA), which is the premier programming organization on campus, planning awesome programs for residents. This summer I am a member of the 2008 Orientation Team, serving as an Orientation Leader. I will also be a Resident Assistant starting this fall.

Two More to Go!

Hello again All,

We are down to our last two orientation sessions of the summer! I can't even believe that the summer went by this quick! We have a transfer session this upcoming Thursday, and then one last Freshman session the following Monday.

Next week is going to be a very busy week for me. Next Wednesday I'm flying to New York City for my Jet Blue training! I'm very excited to learn about what the position has to offer, and how I can promote on campus for the fall. Attend some of my events, and I may even be able to give you a free flight voucher!

Also next week, I will be moving to West Village G, where I will be an RA in the fall. I begin RA training on August 19th. More to come on the RA position when I actually begin!

As always, any questions about Northeastern, being an RA, being and orientation leader, or just any question, let me know!

Have a great few weeks!
