Dog Days Of August
The last few days have been very chaotic and busy. Last week I tore my ACL during a basketball game. After a number of phone calls, appointments, an MRI and yet another checkup I fould out that I am going to have to wear a knee brace for 6 weeks. In addition to this time, I will have to undergo several weeks of physical therapy to strengthen my leg. I am very thankful I can avoid surgery but all this chaos has been very stressful. In other news, my co-op is starting to wind down and class starts in a month.
I'll also be moving into a new apartment in a few weeks! It's a really exciting process, and I'll get to be living in a room with my friend Aaron. Moving is Boston is one of the most annoying and feared tasks known to man. Thousands of college students move in/ out/ around as every single lease in the city ends on August 31st, and begins on September 1st. This makes for a very exciting adventure come September.
