Oh my goodness, fellow Buckeyes! What a week! I got hired as an RA! Bradley Hall, an Honors residence hall on South Campus, had opening, and the Hall Director called me, and the rest is history! I got the message at work and was completely shocked...but I knew I had to take it! It seems like a great fit, but I have to go back to OSU in two weeks! This means quitting my job, packing like crazy, and leaving my mom and friends three weeks early.
I had moved on from all of this, and definitely wasn’t expecting that call. I’m glad it worked out this way though...I had the summer to relax and evaluate things in my life, and now I feel much more prepared to take on a job like this. But now I have a lot to think about in a very short time...I’m just going to go for it and do the best I can! If anything, it’s going to make for an interesting year...
