It's Time
The more and more I think about it, the more excited I am to live on my own in C-bus this summer. For awhile, I was scared that I would not be able to survive/not have enough money/be bored all the time/need a car. Ok, so those all might still be true. But I’m so ready to take on the challenge.
As long as I can get this sublease taken care of (a mess within itself…oh adulthood), I will be living in a house by Target. I will bike about a mile and a half to my internship every morning. I will get a job somewhere in the Lennox Town Center at night (there’s a few opportunities, restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores, etc.). I will live right by a Giant Eagle and the RPAC (biggest rec center in the nation). I have many contacts and friends in Columbus. So all in all, I might actually survive this.
I thought about trying to get involved in other things on campus, but I think just getting through everyday life and 2 jobs will be enough on my plate. I’ll probably freak out a few times in the moving process alone…but it’s definitely time.
