It's been a while since I last posted. I really thought I'd be writing every day, but that kind of fell apart when the laziness set in. I guess I'm making up for the senioritis I didn't get in high school; I have absolutely no motivation to get any work done.

Next week is the last week of classes. And then come finals. I'm not looking forward to finals (obviously), but the real reason I'm dreading them is because, once they're done with, it's time to leave OSU for the summer. I don't want to leave. Even though I never thought I'd end up here and I never thought I'd grow this attached to a place, I have. The buildings, the people, the late-night walks down High Street—I'm going to miss all of it.

I'm sitting in my econ 502 class right now. Let's just say this class isn't going well. I basically do things like blog until the attendance sheet makes its way to me, and then I sign it and leave. I'm not the only one who does this; I'd say a good quarter of the class does it at times. Sure, I should say—the 67 on my midterm told me that, but it just never seems worth it.

I don't really know what to write about anymore. My life's basically been a mess of "I need to do this and this and this before I leave." Nothing exciting, of course. I've been skipping classes a lot more, staying up till 7 a.m.—you know, being a typical college student. I'm going to be going home on the 5th, a Thursday. When I leave, I don't want to be miserable and I think I'd regret spending my last weeks here drowning myself in school work. So I'm doing this my way and I'm hoping my GPA can take a beating—

I just signed the attendance sheet. Everyone around me is sneaking out when the professor has his back turned. I'm next.
