Post Christmas Day has always proven to be very exhausting. Many people can recall waking up at uncomfortable hours to exchange incompatible gifts and stock up on newly discounted items, only to find themselves in the midst of chaos that only be comparable to the pandemonium unleashed from Pandora's Box. And nursing over-stuffed stomachs. And grimacing over nearly emptied checking accounts.

And so on, and so forth.

Today was surprisingly not like that. Granted, I didn't go to that many stores, I did got to Old Navy (my sister works there) with my aunt (I even got a couple of cute long-sleeved shirts and pajamas in school colors out of the deal. ;D.) My aunt and I will go to Dillard’s tomorrow to get some boots--which I'm not sure will be necessary with the lack of snow. And I'm also looking forward to going to the movies and a Japanese restaurant too!

Now that Christmas is over, I have to get back into school mode. Books. Ra--ing. Clubs. Eeek! I still have a lot of stuff I had to do before I go back to school (door decks, applications, recommendations). But I guess dreams can't last forever. :D.
