I'm sitting here in my boyfriend's room with his laptop on my lap, trying to figure out what direction I want this blog to go. Creative compasses are few and far in between, especially when the weather is dismal (gray looks better on me, but it doesn't do much for the sky). But winter time can still be inspiring...

Winter break started for me last Saturday (I know). As an RA I was required to stay until everyone on my floor left. Although I love my residents, it was kind of nice having the floor barren for a few days. It gave the staff some time to hang out and be mischievous. We had a gift exchange at the Cheese Cake Factory and I'm still getting over my $17 meal (with a water, might I add).

I've been at my boyfriend's since Saturday and I feel pretty spoiled. I've eaten out pretty much everyday this week, not to mention the home cooked meals made by Chris's mother, God bless her!

Tomorrow I'm going to go back home to Toledo, where I'll stay till the 18th--then I'll be in Medina spending time with the staff (we’re going to watch an OSU Basketball game!) up to the 19th--then back home. After that, how knows? I have a feeling that this is going to be an eventful holiday. :D.
