Ok, so I had most of this AMAZING blog ready Friday early afternoon. I had left my blog window up all day, so when I finished it and pushed send, it totally erased everything I had typed up! I was so mad, because usually I save it but this time I didn't. Oh well, it happens.

It was inspired by the news that I had received that morning by the Orientation Committee. As soon as I woke to the sound of my phone ringing in the morning, I knew who it was and I was sooooo nervous. I had convinced myself earlier that week that I flubbed (my word for messing up something, ie. I think I flubbed that midterm!) my personal interview. Even though I managed to get over it, I was still nervous! Well, my friends, I guess I didn't flub my interview after all because I got in! I'm going to be an Orientation Leader this summer!

I'm so excited! I starting calling some people right away, but no one answered---so I went straight to cyber space to gush on my blog. Then, of course, I managed to loose everything that I had written. Next quarter I will start going to meetings, to get prepared for my job. In June I will have a retreat with the rest of my staff and then move into Lincoln, where I will stay till August. And of course, I will continue to fill you guys in on the developments of this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
