Today I woke up (fancy that on a Sunday afternoon), took another nap (yeah I said it), ate, and did all the other things on my boring list of mundane tasks. Jess, your probably thinking right now while eating cheezy poofs, didn't you know that it's the weekend before finals? Shouldn't have you been studying? Well, I didn't mention that because it wasn't on my boring list today, but on my fun list. Following me?

Don't get me wrong, I will run the risk of getting a funny look to say that I like to study--when the conditions are right. But let's face it, it can be really, really hard to do that during spring quarter. You'd rather be outside flying a kite or seeing a movie, or just lying on the cool grass, basking in the glory of the heavens above. That's why sometimes you've got to give studying an extra kick to make it interesting.

I made in my Stats 135 (which you should always do for all of your classes, trust me), and today we went to a coffee shop off campus to study, to get away from familiar surroundings. Maybe it was the smell of caramel frappacino or the taste of my strawberry rose ice cream, but I enjoyed studying stats. It was nice having someone to work with and keep you focused.
