My Memorial
Yes it's Memorial Weekend! So that means only 4 more days of classes left! Of course I made my way back home to Hotlanta, Georgia. I can say that the heat didn't phase me too much since it was sweltering in my dorm room!
You know that none of the South Campus residence halls have Air condition (except for Morrison and the one's on 10th).
So if it blazes in the Spring why stay on the South side?
Well, the South is more exciting, has the 4 Freshmen dorms, closest to the most popular places to eat, and has more going on. People who stay in the Towers on West campus are only close to our wonderful RPAC and a couple of good places to eat in the Drake Union. Those who reside on the North tend to like a quieter atmosphere so I've heard. They now have this new place called Fresh Express, which is pretty good to eat at and is supposed to be the healthier choice. North might actually be closer to classes, but it's just so far from everything else. You can make the call.
But I enjoyed my time at home. I got to see old friends and familiar surroundings and go to my high school's graduation.
The heat is back on....in my room, but I can deal with it for less than 2 more weeks just 2 more weeks!!!
