Now I'm starting to feel the effects of being the News Show Producer! We taped our 2nd show yesterday, which is great except when you have to write the whole script. The Director and I stayed up to 5:30am last week wrting the show and this week we were up to 4:30am. I knew this postion would take up some time, but I didn't expect it to take all my time.

I haven't even been able to go to Church these past two Sundays because of the show. I did a story at the Police Station this week about the rise in sexual assaults on campus, which I was able to squeeze in to my schedule on Thursday . I got to interview the OSU Chief of Police and shot my stand-up and tag farily quickly since I was doing it outside and knew that I had to get it down fast or else my fingers would fall off.

Since I still don't really know how to edit my news stories, the News Director helped me after the show taping, and we were there till 2:00am this morning. Well, thank God I have an 11:00am class instead of an early 8:30 because I just wouldn't be able to do it. Speaking of which, I have 15 minutes to get dressed and be at that 11:00 so I'll get back with you later!
