The H.A.N.G. OUT update PT. 2
OK EVERYONE! Just like I said, here is a video recap of the hangout. It was done by a friend of mine named PeeDee. It is about 7 minutes long so WATCH ALL OF IT! :)
Trevor’s BlogHey everyone! My name is Trevor. I am from Mt. Holly, NJ in Burlington County. I am in the Dual Degree Social Work Program here at PBU. I’m also a piano player and have been playing for about 15 years. I play for the PBU Gospel Choir, which has been a blessing. The Lord has also blessed me to be able to play at a lot of places over the last few years. I like to have fun, laugh a lot, and joke around. Random fact about me: I talk to myself and laugh at my own jokes. Okay, don’t laugh, I am an only child! Is that still weird? « March 2009 | Main | May 2009 » April 27, 2009The H.A.N.G. OUT update PT. 2OK EVERYONE! Just like I said, here is a video recap of the hangout. It was done by a friend of mine named PeeDee. It is about 7 minutes long so WATCH ALL OF IT! :) After the Pressure Subsides...So after the hang out, I truly needed a vacation, a break, a time out! So that is what I did! By this juncture in reading my blogs, you might realize that I am just a sporadic person and just goes! So that’s what I did! After I woke up at 7:30 am on Saturday morning, I just got on 95 South and just drove…until I saw signs for Washington D.C.! it was a much needed break. I got to see some family, (Aunt Shari & Darnice, Dave, and the kids-see here is your guy’s shout out online! Ha!) Some friends from Morgan State University, a few monuments, walked through the Smithsonian Museum, and caught the metro. Now fun fact…the Smithsonian is not just one museum, all of the museums are the Smithsonian, but there are different subjects? I guess, I didn’t know that! Oh yea, then I went and gave my recommendation for the economic situation to the president over a light lunch with refreshments. President Barack Obama is a cool guy, oh and that little dog is a riot…ok…well, then I woke up on the bench outside the Lincoln Memorial and realized that part was a dream…but it really was an amazing time! enjoyed the time, the company, the family, the monuments, the weather, and even caught one of those guys that puts a little trolley on the back of his bike and rides you around D.C….SO LOOK AT SOME OF THE PICUTRES THAT I TOOK…GOOD TIMES! –UNTIL NEXT TIME GUYS!
The H.A.N.G. OUT update!!!ok, So thank you to everyone that came, that helped, that played, that performed, that hosted, and all above. It truly was an amazing time! There was food, fellowship, community, love, and meeting other sisters and brothers in Christ. There was a video compellation that was made by one of the artists, so later today I will put it up so you guys can see how it went for yourself! Until Later!-over and out April 21, 2009PARDON THE INTERRUPTION!!!!!

Part 3!So here we are again my fellow and fellet bloggers! So we will continue our series on ‘ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT PBU’ and today we will talk about the community building fellowship. One of our things in which our PBU community builds (just one unparticular that I’m involved with) is the intramural basketball league. So, I’m on the team ‘Squad Up’ and we have a decent team. This season, so far, our record is something like 3-2. Not too bad! I think that it is very fun and a good work out and all things like that, but for me, it’s a good opportunity to build relationship with my fellow brothers in Christ. It’s a lot of fun and learning about each other while I learn about myself at the same time. It’s truly a blessing just to be able to build and commune with brothers in Christ. Also, if you have a little team of 5 or so, and you want to run a little ball, oh please let me know…we’ll be happy to beat yall…then give you the gospel! HA! For now, this is Trevor, and I’m over and out! -Grace and Peace April 9, 2009Are you thinking about PBU?!?! PART 2!
