Recap of Last Week of Classes
Last Friday May 1st I had my last day of classes of my freshmen year at PC! But although that statement is exciting by itself, many great things came to an end last week that I will miss ..
Last Wednesday was the last time my San Miguel Mentoring group met and I got to see Kenny. We all enjoyed a barbeque on the lower quad and played wiffle ball and kickball. All the mentors and mentees got to sign PC frisbees and exchange them. I brought some candy to give Kenny as a "going away for the summer present" and he wrote me a letter. I will definately miss seeing him twice a month but hopefully he will be in the program next year as my mentee again.
For a "DONE WITH CLASSES" celebration a few of my friends and I went out to dinner on Federal Hill and had some delicious food. It was good to get away from campus for a while but then it was back to the library to study CIV. But it is all done. I took my CIV exam at 4:00 this afternoon and I can now say I am half way through CIV, wooo!
Tomorrow is a reading day and then 2 exams on Wednesday and a take home essay due Friday and home I go!
