Happy Halloween!

So today is Halloween and I've already seen some pretty weird stuff! A boy in my civ class showed up in a chicken suit, first of all! At lunch down in Ray I saw some more people in costume, too. It's great that the teachers don't mind because in high school, we weren't allowed to wear anything for Halloween. One of my civ teachers only said that we were fortunate to have a special guest with us today!

Tomorrow there will be kids from the neighborhood coming to PC to trick-or-treat through the dorms. It's going to be great to see all the kids in costume because that was my favorite part of Halloween back home. I already have a bunch of candy ready!

The rest of my week is going to be a busy one, though. I have a paper due in sociology and in intro to lit. Then it's parent's weekend! It's not going to be such a big deal for me because I've seen my family quite a bit, but I know a few people that haven't seen their parent's since move-in. There are a bunch of activities planned, but more on that in my Sunday blog. I have a lit paper to perfect!
