Well our first event did NOT go off without a hitch HOWEVER considering how quickly we threw the event together and how many people we were dealing with I think we did a fantastic job! We exceeded our expectations in terms of draw for the event! And despite some technical difficulties I think the event was very entertaining and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves quite well!!!

We have learned ONE BIG LESSON however! That is...regardless of whether or not we like the formality it seems contracts might need to be in place in order to truly secure people's participation. In the future we can run the risk of people dropping out of the exhibition or not following prescribed allowances and directions for their work/performances.
