Winter Formal

Winter formal. I felt like Cinderella getting ready. It was amazing. I sat there with my dorm neighbor curling my hair, my best friend doing my makeup, and all my girls getting ready beside me. And it hit me. This was what I’d been searching for. This is what college is all about. This moment when I realized if not for college I'd never have met the best friends possible. I loved this place. My date was here. He was perfect, coincidence? We were in each other’s orientation groups. Yup, that guy.  Everything was perfect, everyone partied the night away and I had a magically amazing night. My dress was silk and pink. He wore a pink tie <3 and formal was at Busch Gardens. I loved seeing all the animals. I think I hit a new record on picture taking tonight ;)
