BACK TO SCHOOL.
I have just returned to school after a wonderful and rather interesting week of spring break in Orlando. I went off to spend time in a condo in Orlando with some friends with the hope of getting some rest. However, I don’t think I need to say that this did not occur. I got no rest and hardly even any sleep. I was much too busy having fun to even consider making time to slow down and rest. But who cares really? It was one of the best vacations that I have had in a long while thanks to my awesome friends who were with me. Between the pool and going out I was kept plenty busy. Oh yes and shopping… How could I forget shopping? I ended up spending much more money than I had planned on spending thanks to the girls who dragged me along to go shopping for all of three days. My debit card was swiped more times than ever in my life. However, I have very few regrets as I got a whole heap of items that I really wanted. All considered it was a wonderful break. It was a restless break but one which I truly appreciate and needed anyway.
Spring Break Pics...
After all the fun of spring break, it seems as if a whole barrage of assignments has appeared out of thin air. I had not thought for once during the break about all the assignments that were given to be done over spring break. Now I have just two days to complete them all in between the unpacking and meeting and greeting of friends. Let’s see how that goes. Who assigns work over spring break anyway? Shouldn’t spring break be all about fun, relaxation and recovery from the rudiments of the previous half term? I know that is what most if not all students believe. But obviously the professors all have a different view of the whole point of spring break. I guess I will just have to try my best to complete as many if not all the assignments that I can in these two days before the recommencement of classes. After all, my last half semester as a freshman is about to begin.
