Vegas then back to life at Leoland!!!
This summer was amazing!! I spent most of it working but my last two weeks were spent celebrating by birthday both at home and in Las Vegas. My mom, aunt, and cousin took me to Vegas for my 21st birthday and we had a blast seeing shows, walking around on the strip, and playing slots (oh and lots of eating). I moved in to school about two weeks ago for my final year here at Saint Leo and I have been swamped with meetings, functions, classes, and papers already! I am starting to think that maybe I heaped a bit too much on my plate…as my mom would say, “my eyes were bigger than my stomach”. I have accepted the roll of treasurer of my sorority and the senior class as well as executive board positions on our university sorority council and in the Green and Gold Keys, which is a group that gives tours of the school. Thankfully, last night, I was able to distress a little at the Time Warp party that my sorority threw. We had a lot of fun watching Time Warp (a cover band made up of faculty and students of the University), dancing, and having fun. This is going to be a great year!

We went to the Beatles Love Cirque Du Soliel show for my mom's birthday which is only 5 days after mine...the attendants dressed as Buckingham Palace Guards (they smiled though)!!

One of my Birthday missions was to visit 21 casinos while I was in Vegas...I did it!!!
