I chose STHM because I always knew I wanted to work in the sports industry. STHM has the resources and connections to make that goal a reality.

The Craziest Week Ever!!!

I have officially burned out and this is only the second half of the semester. As I previously mentioned, I am currently taking Senior Seminar. This class has me all over the place, looking for sponsors, marketing events, selling business cards, raising funds and other duites. This is only one class, I am also taking events management, budget and finance, research methodology and statistics. So, as you could imagine, my workload is crazy and I never tackle my entire to do list.

With all of this in mind, I must say that I am enjoying my semsester. I was able to travel to South Carolina with my church family, visit my girlfriend and spend time with my frat brothers. When I can, I try to play basketball, listen to music and clean to relax.

Hello All

Hello everyone, as you all may know, my name is Marcus Swinson. My friends and family call me "Buddy", I was told that I looked like a "My Buddy" doll when I was younger (whatever!!). I am a senior here at Temple University with an interest in Sport and Recreation Management. The vast majority of my time is dedicated to classes(especially senior seminar), meetings, family and playing basketball.

Along with school, I am member of the New Jersey Recreation and Parks Association(NJRPA), Kappa Alhpa Psi Fraternity Incorporated and Living Word Church. With my extra-curricular activities and school, my head usually spins three times a day, literally. But to be honest, I really enjoy Temple University and everything else that I am associated with, I wouldn't have it any other way.
