Under the Weather
I have been rushing to catch up with all my classwork after my great spring break. . .and I definitely have not been getting enough sleep. I finally got sick today. . . . I just made it through my classes and work, and then I took a four hour nap this evening. I think the sleep helped alot. . . now I just need to get moving this weekend on all my big projects. I will be taking care of myself this weekend though. I have realized that I am not the energizer bunny so I should stop acting like it.
Next week I will register for classes already for next fall. I can't believe it has come upon me so soon! I have have no idea what classes I will register for because I still need to figure out what classes I can take if I study abroad. If I am going to study abroad in Hong Kong in the Spring then I need to take intermediate accounting in the summer. It is generally not allowed. . . . but I would like nothing more than to study abroad so I hope and pray that it works out! This semester I am taking seven classes, but I'm not quite sure if I want to deal with all this work next semester. . . hmmmmm decisions decisions.
Also in a few weeks we have to go for room selection. I was thinking about getting a single apartment, but I changed my mind and I am getting a double with my namesake Andrea Contreras (also from California). I will just live with her for the first semester if the study abroad works out. That will be great and hopefully we will get along. . . it's so different living with someone than being friends. I had a good experience with roommates this year though and I'm sure it will be the same.
Tonight was fun, Megan did a fashion show for Priscilla and I and showed us her adorable black dress she got for her aunt's wedding later this spring. She got it in Paris over her spring break. Elton John is playing for the wedding so of course everyone needs to look great for Elton!
I am going to sign off for now and go drink some tea, take some echinacea, and try to sleep. You will hear from me next time when I am well. . .hopefully!
