Career Fair
This Wednesday was the career fair at Saint Peter's College. I attended, as did over 500 other students! It was a great turnout, I think the biggest ever. The folks at career services are very helpful in doing what they can to help you get a job, and this was their huge fall event. I talked to many accounting and financial firms about possible internships, job opportunities for after graduation, or just about their firm in general. Here is a picture of me with one of the many recruiters at the event. He was with a mid-sized accounting firm with an office located in Florham Park, NJ. Many of the recruiters who come on campus are Alums of SPC.

I just bought tickets for the Jets vs. Chicago Bears game on November 19th at Giants stadium because my 17 year old brother Kevin is coming to visit and I can't wait! He will be here over Thanksgiving week to see what college life is really like. . . which possibly could consist of ordering Chinese food on Thanksgiving. The football game will be fun, but I'd much rather see a Broadway show. I won't tell him that.
I have been super-busy lately with class, work, and clubs this week. I think I worked 40 hours last week?? Yeah. . I definitely need a break so I'm taking this weekend off and taking a trip out of town. . . . of course I will tell you all about it in my next blog. The suspense may just kill you.
