Pictures from the Bonfire
Here are the pictures I promised from last weekend's bonfire/ hiking trip to the beach. First, here are Alice (she goes to Georgetown, a fellow Jesuit institution) and I. . . .

There are so many students here, including Alice who are trying to watch the March Madness College basketball games and they're on TV here at like 10 AM. Talk about a time difference!
This is a picture of the beach where we stayed, it's called Tai Long Wan:

There was a little restaurant connected to another beach nearby and that was the only place around for miles! Hong Kong has so much great hiking. Hovever, most of the trails are basically paved with concrete. So, it might not have that total "nature feel," but I"m not complaining.
This gives you an idea of our "two to three person" tents. I guess they were talking about dwarves . . ... because there was NO WAY two to three people were fitting.

Well, I'll send another blog your way after the weekend, right now I need to go study some Mandarin and International Business. I am glad I have been able to post so many entries, back home at SPC I am so busy with schoolwork, I never felt like I had enough time to blog!
Feel free to leave a comment on my blog if you wish.
