From the 'Historic' Blizzard of '06 to the Guggenheim...

This has been yet another crazy week....It started with our 'historic' blizzard on Saturday, which continued through Sunday and caused them to cancel classes on Monday, which was, of course, amazing. So pretty much all we did on that three day weekend was eat, sleep, read, and watch the Olympics....it was pretty much an amazing weekend....
Tuesday (Valentine's Day) I had work from 9-11, bio from 11-12:15, lunch, honors latin from 12:30 to 1:45, then I went to the Rec Center to work out, back to my dorm to shower, then to my LEAD workshop at 4:30, then dinner, then onto my church to babysit. I came back to eat Mint N Chip with my friend Chelsea and watch the Olympics and wait for my roommate to come home from her date...
Wednesday I had Honors History at 9, Honors Theology at 10, Honors Calc at 11, then work from 12 to 3, and my RA interview at 4, dinner, then back to my dorm for hw and the Olympics!
Thursday was the same as Wednesday as far as classes, but I sat at the Pavo Table for the Club Fair from 12 - 1, then work til 3, working out, shower, Campus Experience Mtg, dinner, homework, Bible Study, then we went down to our senior friends' apartments to hang out...it was fun but when we got back I had a lot of homework to do, so I was up late.
Friday started out rainy when I went to work, but had stopped and was really windy with snow flurries while I was in bio, which had stopped by the time I went to latin, then after latin it was nice and sunny enough for me to run down Montgomery to the waterfront...definitely one of the highlights of my week...
Today I got up and went with my friends Brett and Chelsea, and two RAs on a trip to the Guggenheim Museum in the City!! It was really fun and Residence Life paid for everything, so that was really awesome. The permanent exhibition of Kandinskys, Monets, van Goghs and Degas was really good too. After the City, we came back to go to our boys basketball game against UNCG...it was SUPER intense, but really good since we won. After the game, we came back, went to dinner, I took a nap, and we watched the Olympics...good times...=)
