Finals!!! AHHH

Well hello all!!! I'm so sorry I haven't written in awhile, but I've been super busy, especially lately with finals coming up!!! Ahh! :-\ Monday was the last day of classes for the semester. I can't believe its already over!! This semester has really flown by. As amazingly excited as I am to be going home for the holidays, I'm honestly a little sad that all my classes are ending; I've really enjoyed them all this semester.

To celebrate, all the Pavos went out to dinner in downtown Jersey City. It was so yummy and so much fun!!! And then on Tuesday we had a big Christmas Party for the work study's in Admissions!! But now, finals time!! :-\

The thing I probably love most about St. Peters is how close it is to NYC. I know I say that a lot but it really is true. It's especially on my mind lately considering I've made a lot of trips into the City, to see the Tree at Rockefeller Center, eat pizza in Times Square, pray in St. Patricks Cathedral, and shop for Christmas gifts all over the island!! Another really cool thing about being close to the City are all the shows! My friend Cassandra and I went into the City the other night to see some of our professors in the St. Cecila Choir sing in Carnegie Hall!! It was AMAZING!! I couldn't believe that there I was, in CARNEGIE HALL, watching my Chemistry teacher sing! It was really an awesome experience.

But besides just going to shows, sometimes the shows come to us. The Magis Theatre Company came and preformed CS Lewis' “The Great Divorce to a small group at the college, before it opens up Off-Broadway in January. It was absolutely AMAZING. And on top of the fact that we got to see an amazing show, because it was such an intimate setting, we were even able to meet the actors and actresses afterwards and talk to them about their roles.

Argus Eyes, our drama society, also put on a Variety show the other night, complete with acting, singing and some inpromptu standup! It was a great show as well.

But now, my life is all-comsumed with finals and studying…
