Beautiful Weather!
Oh my goodness, what a great few days we've been having here! In comparison to the Nor'easter that was hitting us last week, the weather has been AMAZING. Friday night, I went into the city to meet my roommate and her best friend in the City for dinner. We went to the Pasta Presto Grill, in the Village, and I saw Randy Jackson!! Saturday was our big open house here at the college, so I worked all day giving tours to families and talking to prospective students. The weather was just so amazing!!

After listening to fellow Pavo and blogger, Peaches' speech about taking advantage of the City, my roommate Megan I decided to go to Union Square "to study". Well that definitely DIDN'T happen. It was just so beautiful, we walked around and shopped at the open air farmer's market there.

Saturday night we all went to closing night of the musical, Godspell, put on by our student drama society, Argus Eyes. It was SOOOOO good!!! Later on, I went on a late night trip to our local diner, the VIP with my friend Tom. I love the unique experiences of college life!! The next morning I woke up and went to church with my friend Chris, then back to the city with Megan. This time we were really gonna study!!! Except it was so beautiful in Battery Park looking out at Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, and the sun was so warm, I ended up falling asleep........ Oops.
All in all it was a great weekend in the city!! I hope you all came and enjoyed open house!
