[Back at SPC]
I can’t believe that my summer is finally over! It ended with a bang for me, my mom and I drove across the country, all the way from my home in California to SPC in New Jersey!!! It took us almost a week and a half (with a lot of stops). We had a great time, stopping in Nevada, Arizona (and the Grand Canyon!), New Mexico, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, then finally, New Jersey (with a few visits to New York City too)!!!

All in all, it was a really fun trip. And now, I’m back at school. It’s nice to be back and be with my roommates. Classes are good, though they occupy a lot of my time since I’m taking Physics + Lab, Organic Chemistry + Lab, Ecology + Lab, Current Issues in Biology, and a class on Jerusalem which is especially interesting considering I spent 5 weeks of my summer there. And, of course, I’ve been taking full advantage of the City…visiting as much as possible while the weather’s so nice!! Last weekend I went to the Brazilian festival, Bryant Park, the UN, NYU Medical Center, plus tons of other places when my mom was here! I hope it’s the start to another great year.
