Back In The Groove
Well I'm getting back in the groove again. Fall is finally here, the weather in Jersey City has been beautiful (despite a few showers this weekend), and my first two tests are over and done with! Having Organic Chem and Ecology tests on the same day is a killer to be sure, but thankfully they are all done now. Thursday afternoon, as a celebration after the completion of my two tests, my roommate Megan and I went into the City to meet a friend for the San Genarro festival in Little Italy, a great tradition for a lot of St. Peter's students.

After the intense week of studying, I spent most the weekend relaxing with my roommates. Friday night was the Peacock Variety show (always super funny) then Saturday was Fall Fest which consisted of Breakfast with President Cornacchia and the rest of the "first family" followed by a carnival of sorts and a BBQ and music by some student bands which was really great. Sunday my roommates and I went to the city with a team from SPC for the "Out of the Darkness" suicide awareness/prevention walk in the City.

My roommates and I before the walk.
All in all, it was a very fun-filled weekend and a nice break from the rigors of class all week.
