BRUCE
It has been another great week for me. The weather is beautiful, and I've had a lot of fun. Oh, and classes are going well too!
Wednesday was our volunteer fair. I sat at table with my friend Ben from church to encourage SPC students to help tutor at an after-school program we have that I volunteered at last semester. A lot of students signed up to become involved so that was really encouraging and exciting! On Wednesday, my Organic Chemistry lab was also canceled, so I took advantage of the time off and went into NYC. I walked all around, up Park, through Central Park, then back down 5th Ave to the NYC Public Library to do some research for my research paper and honors thesis.
The next fun (and probably most exciting) part of my week came on Friday. At 4 am to be exact. My roommate Megan and I woke up at 4 to get to NYC to see BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN on the TODAY show!!! It was SOOOO much fun. Megan and I were actually interviewed on the local NYC news pre-Today show at like 6:45am where we pretty much were just like, yeah, we love Bruce, HI MOM HI MOM HI MOM. And we got to see THE BOSS perform!! It was so much fun! Definitely a unique NYC experience!

Waiting for THE BOSS.

Megan and I at the TODAY show!!
After the excitement of Friday, the rest of the weekend was pretty relaxed. Friday night I went to Sukkot Shabbat services at Temple Beth Am in Bayonne with my theology class, Saturday Megan and I went shopping then I went to a movie night at my church, and Sunday was just church and homework.
It was a very good week.
