Yeah I know, I know, I've been a bit MIA this summer. Please forgive me. But I'm back only because I have to tell you this now before it's too late...

If you haven't signed up for the San Antonio PLUNGE yet, you need to ASAP.

It's an amazing pre-orientation mission trip for incoming freshman. You don't have to be a Christian to participate on this mission trip. Of course if you are that's great too. The Plunge introduces you to a bunch of different service opportunities around San Antonio, before you're swallowed up by the Trinity Bubble. It's kind of like popping the bubble before it even forms, if you will.

Not to mention you get to meet about twenty other first years before the first day of orientation. You feel so much more at ease when you already know a bunch of the people in your class. You'll be in the Trinity family before the other freshman have even had a chance to knock at the door.

And if that doesn't convince you... Yours truly is going on the Plunge. Yes, you'll get to see me. On the Plunge. This August. Coming to a Plunge near (or perhaps not near if you are from someplace like Fresno, California or El Paso) you. Starring Me. Don't miss it (or me).

So bottom line: if you're an incoming freshman, and you are reading these words right now. STOP. and go sign up for the Plunge. If you can't figure out how, respond to this post and I'll hook you up. Okay? Right... so you have to stop reading now. Which probably means I have to stop typ
