TCCC Champs!
Hey guys!
So this past weekend was the boys' Conference Championship game. The first 150 people to get there got free t-shirts. We got there an hour and forty minutes early and the line was already way over 150 people long. It was insane. The line started at the Campus Center and, by the end of the wait, went all the way down to the Freddy Hall parking lot. By the way, it was freezing! That's some dedication. The first game I had ever been to was last Thursday night's game. It was so close and we ended up winning by one basket. It was so tense. So, naturally, I was hooked after that and had to go to the last game. In the first half it was really close. They were up, we were up, and then they were up again by one point at the half. In the second half we really started to get going for a little while we were up ten points. It was amazing. The refs were calling foul shots left and right, and everyone in the stands was cheering so loudly. In the end Colby Sawyer was catching back up so we were all on the edge of our seats, but apparently we had no reason to be because when the clock buzzed for the last time UNE won 90-79. It was such a good game. Next year, I will definitely be attending more of the games. Here are some pictures from that night!
This is all of us standing outside freezing.
