First Habitat Build Day and More...
Hey guys, I hope you have had a nice week. Here it has been dreary. It rained a lot and that was a bummer.

On the plus side I got a super awesome roommate, Amanda, who moved in Wednesday. She is an occupational therapy transfer from Penn State. We get along super well and all of our stuff match, which is really funny!
And I got my room completely decorated, which is nice. I am going to post pictures next week though, because I haven’t taken any yet, lol.
This week there was supposed to be this awesome bonfire with Edge, but it got cancelled due to rain, which was a major bummer. On the up side I was able to spend have several movie nights with my friends, since it was gray and rainy. And who doesn’t love movie nights? Plus, two of my friends are attempting to get me hooked on Smallville, so I have been watching a lot of that too. (Not sure what I think yet…)
The coolest part of the week though was a Habitat build I did yesterday in Portland. I don’t know where exactly it was, but there was three houses we were working on. I ended up painting (and getting drenched in white paint, like all over my hair and pants and shirt and hands). I also un-nailed boards and swept up a room and carried things to and from different places on the work site. From UNE two other Habitaters went and there were lots of other people from the community there too, here’s some pictures I took.

We had to get the floor really clean, because the cement was actually going to be the floor.
Now, tonight they are playing Ironman at the campus center (it was supposed to be outside, but its raining, what else is new.) and so I am going to that with my new roomie.
Then this week I have a test (I already one Friday, isn’t that crazy?) and on Monday is Constitution Day, so as a poli-sci major I have to go to that and so basically it looks like another busy, but good week.
So, yeah, I hope your week is good too, I’m off to hit the books some more, see you later,
