University of New England: Marilyn Tushar: The Week of the Great Flu...

Hey guys,
So this week has been really busy (what else is new?). Unfortunately, I got very sick and was out of it most of the week. Luckily, I still had some fun.

On Tuesday night my roomie and I hit Wal-Mart, which was fun, because I got to stock up on the essentials (mac & cheese, saltines, peanut butter and microwave soup).

Then on Thursday I went to my friend’s house off-campus and a couple of us watched Disturbia. This was super fun, I’d already seen this movie like three times, but it was still really scary! And okay, so this friend lives like behind another house, right on the beach. So you park in the driveway and then you go behind the garage and you see like all his zillion windows to his living room and that then you have to go around his house to get in. But, it is like super creepy, because from the inside you can’t see anything on the outside and its like behind a freaking garage and there is all these creepy doors that lead to other places and since it is right on the beach the wind is always howling. Great place to watch scary movies though.

Then the weekend was super lame. All I did was read. And actually, I have this goal to read 50 books in one year (like not school books, but just books for fun) and I started this on my birthday (on June, 16) and now I am on book eight (I am like failing at it), which is Eragon, and I have already read it once, but since the third book came out I decided to read it again and so I read that most of the weekend and worked on homework. The main reason for this was, because Aubrey and my whole floor and basically all of my other friends too, left to go home this weekend, so it was pretty lame.

But, the super news out of the weekend was that Aubrey was in the Maine Medals (for horseback riding if you are new to my blogs) and won 2 ribbons and one was blue!!! It was awesome!

Now, this week is going to be super easy and so I am pretty siked. Tomorrow I am going to Eagle Eye and then later I am going to a couple soccer games and then swimming and… I don’t know what else.

Oh and this week I am going to finally show you guys my amazing decorated room! Here it is, tada:

and usually my bed is made, but it obviously wasn't this morning, lol.

This a bigger view of my photo-wall. I am so proud of it, because it too me so long to do! And now everyone is copying me, which is totally cool, since I copied others with the idea in the first place. p.s. I don't know why its pinkish... it does not look at all like that in real life.
